Krystal Tolliver

Krystal Tolliver has been a member of the National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Incorporated for 2 years.  Krystal is the Director of TRIO Student Support Services at West Virginia State University.  She has worked in education for 23 years.

Soror Krystal enjoys gardening, camping, cooking, reading, and DIY projects.
